Hi there, I’m Cassia…
…your friendly, barefoot (and sometimes high-heeled) guide to a world of wanderlust, adventure… and yes, more than a little toe-curling fun. BeatinFeet.com is my way of sharing a side of travel you won’t find in a guidebook — the playful, sensual, sometimes daring journey of a woman who loves to see the world, one step (and one foot photo) at a time.

You might be wondering… why feet?
I’ll let you in on a little secret: I’ve always loved my feet. I love the way they look after a fresh pedicure, the way a sleek pair of stilettos makes my arches pop, and the way warm sand feels slipping between my toes on a hidden beach. Over the years, I’ve realized I’m not the only one who finds a certain… charm in a well-posed pair of feet. And so, what started as a few playful vacation snaps turned into a globe-trotting passion project.
Now, my husband Vance and I have built something fun, flirty, and a little bit addictive. He’s the man behind the lens, my partner in all adventures, and the keeper of countless candid moments that would make you blush. We travel together, we laugh together, and we chase the perfect shot together – whether that’s me dangling my toes over the edge of a pool in Santorini, strutting in heels along the Vegas Strip, or wriggling bare feet on a sun-warmed balcony in Barcelona.
Vance has the patience of a saint and the eye of an artist. I have a knack for teasing the camera and knowing exactly how to arch just so. Between the two of us, we make sure every image tells a little story… and leaves just enough to your imagination.

Where My Feet Have Wandered
One of my favorite things about running BeatinFeet.com is how it’s become a living scrapbook of our travels. Sure, I’ll share the usual beautiful landscapes — turquoise water, palm trees swaying, moonlit city streets — but my feet are always the real main character.
Imagine this:
- In Paris, I’m perched on a wrought-iron balcony, my toes peeking out from under a silk robe as the Eiffel Tower glitters in the distance.
- In Bali, I’m ankle-deep in a warm tide pool, red polish gleaming under the tropical sun.
- In Rome, I’m slipping off my heels to dip my feet in a centuries-old fountain, the stone cool and slick under my soles.
Each photo is a little postcard — part travel memory, part playful temptation. I like to think of my feet as seasoned travelers in their own right, with their own passport stamps, their own stories to tell.
A Playful Partnership
If you’ve ever tried to take a flattering photo of your own feet, you know it’s harder than it looks. Lighting, angles, background — it’s an art. And that’s where Vance comes in. He knows how to find the light that makes my skin glow, how to frame the shot so my legs look endlessly long, and how to capture the moment right before a smile turns into a laugh.
We have a rhythm when we shoot. Sometimes it’s planned — the perfect golden-hour beach scene, the little black dress and killer heels in a rooftop bar. Other times it’s spontaneous — a random cobblestone street that just begs for a barefoot stroll, a quiet park bench where I kick off my shoes and let my toes curl in the grass. Vance catches it all.
Our shoots are a mix of fun, flirtation, and a little mischief. We might be in a crowded place, and I’ll suddenly slip off my shoes for a quick shot. Or maybe I’ll stretch my legs in the back of a café, my toes playfully peeking from beneath the table. Sometimes the most ordinary moments become the most memorable images — and the most suggestive.
The Allure of the Mature
I should also say — I’m not 20 anymore. And that’s a good thing. I’ve had time to grow into my confidence, to know my angles, to embrace my curves and my edges. My feet have walked miles in cities around the world, and they’ve learned the joy of slowing down to savor the moment.
There’s something delicious about being a mature woman who knows exactly what she likes — and how to hint at it without ever saying too much. My photos are never rushed. My poses aren’t about chasing trends. They’re about savoring the view (and letting you savor it too).
Why BeatinFeet.com Exists
In the simplest terms? Because it’s fun.
I love traveling. I love teasing the camera. I love knowing that somewhere out there, someone’s day is a little brighter because they stumbled across one of my shots. And I love sharing a slice of my life — even if it’s just the curve of my arch against a backdrop of Caribbean blue.
Vance and I created BeatinFeet.com as our little corner of the internet where pleasure and playfulness meet wanderlust. There’s no pretense here — just a husband and wife having a blast, exploring the world, and sharing it with people who appreciate beauty in all its forms… especially when it comes with painted toes.
Come Along for the Journey
Whether you’re here for the travel stories, the vacation inspiration, the high-heel glamour, or the cheeky barefoot moments, you’re welcome to stay awhile. Scroll through the galleries. Read the posts. Dream about where your own feet might take you next.
And who knows? Maybe one day, we’ll end up in the same place, watching the same sunset — mine from behind the camera, yours from the screen in your hands.
Until then… keep wandering, keep smiling, and maybe keep an eye out for a familiar pair of toes popping up somewhere new.
After all, you never know where I’ll be next.
“Cassia, your feet are a work of art. The way Vance captures every curve and arch makes each photo feel like I’m right there with you. I’ve seen plenty of travel photography, but nothing as mesmerizing as your toes against a sunset backdrop. Absolutely stunning.”

“There’s something about the way you pose, Cassia — so natural, so teasing. Your photos make me want to book a ticket to wherever you are, just to see if the view is really that beautiful… and yes, I mean both the scenery and your feet.”

“Cassia, your feet should come with a warning — they’re dangerously addictive. The way your toes peek out from strappy heels or stretch across a sunlit balcony… I find myself lingering on every photo, wishing I could trace every curve with my eyes in real life.”

“You make travel and beauty look effortless, Cassia. The lighting, the composition, the way you curl your toes just so… it’s pure perfection. Please never stop sharing — the world needs more of your feet and your adventures.”
